Sound Healing / Sound Massage
This treatment offers a deep meditation experience using Tibetan singing bowls. For thousands of years, sound has helped people focus during meditation in various cultures. Sound Healing can change brainwaves, helping the mind connect with the vibrations of each sound, leading to a deep meditative state. During the session, the sound is played around the participant(s) who can sit or lie comfortably, supported with cushions and blankets and be immersed in the experience.
It is also possible to book a ‘Sound Massage’ session, where the bowls are played around the body and also placed on the body at the request of the receiver, creating vibrations that soothe the nervous system and enhance feelings of well-being.
